First of all their Mysore Pak is delicious. I've bought that multiple times and have always liked it. Even their bournvita flavor.

If you ignore the ambiance and the rush at the place, you can have a good meal there. We had Neer Dosa and idly sambar, sweet kesari bath which were nice. Try the Tea there, I've been a fan and do not miss the opportunity to have it whenever I visit them.

Seeing the crowds & the set up I expected great South Indian stuff. Tried many things from Dosas to upma, all were just about average. Only thing better than many other eateries is that they had clean, dry plates! Seeing the name I expected good filter coffee at least. But the coffee is one of the worst I've had. Same case across several A2Bs I visited. Too bitter (not the coffee bitterness, but probably of high chicory content or something else) & too much milk. Ok for a clean, ( though tasteless) snack if there's no better choice! Among several outlets I visited, the on Blore-Mlore highway near Hassan is the worst. I'd give only 1 out of 5 on all aspects to that particular outlet.

The food is very good and the service is fast .However we had a few issues. All the food items listed on the menu are not available all the time which is somewhat of a problem . For example ,dosa is not available for lunch . Rasam cannot be ordered separately even if u r willing to pay for it . Apart from that ,the staff is polite and helpful.if they could only improve on the flexibility of the menu issue ,I would rate them 5 stars .

Good points - it's clean, fast turnover
Can Improve - Dosa made ahead of time, cold, limp; And for this they price Plain dosa @ Rs 59 and Masala dosa @ Rs 81.
Frankly, it's overrated and you can get far tastier treats, all over bangalore
