We were a bit disappointed initially and later compensated to a large extent by the good service. Few details:
1. It is a villa society, where few villas are constructed and rest are left as plots. So, a huge community with lot of greenery and we could even spot fireflies at several places. This is the reason, their club house (with embedded restaurant) would cook whatever you prefer - "as a special service"
2. To me it appeared that prices were on the higher end, compared to what we get in return. There is a big disconnect between marketing person (to whom we normally talk and deal) and so called "owner" - who will decide what villa you would get. Fortunately, in our case, they were open and showed us multiple options to choose from. Although the option that we liked didn't had keys to bedroom and was non-AC, making us settle for another villa
3. The biggest problem is electricity back-up as few villas have UPS back-up, while others do not. So, if you opt for A/C accommodation, it would not work under UPS. Also, few of the villas are as if they have been closed forever - A/C do not work, there are lot of termites in wood, few lights/ lofts/ almirah doors are broken, etc. - in short it appears that the place has not been made up before your visit.
4. We went with pets (lab and golden retriever) and they had a great time because of open and green environment. A very photogenic place as you can get some great pics and be away from the hustle of the city. However, some preparatory work for welcoming the visitors would take them a long way - only great service can not cover this one.
5. Liquor - they do not have license, so you can carry your own or ask them to get it. Be wary of not creating noise outside villas and do what you want inside. Few of the villas have fridge, but, they don't work as A/C. So, you can order ice as well as cold water bottles as room service. :)
