La rhisa is lovely heritage hotel... With a lot of character.... And potential. We had a lovely room with a terrace.. Only the toilet needed upgrading which the hotel owner has promised to do

We went to ladakh in June 2022. Mr. Motup, who is the owner of Lharisa resorts, Leh made arrangements of our tour from Kashmir to Ladakh. It was very well organised. We stayed in Lharisa resort. Rooms were nice and clean, food and staff were excellent.
Thank you so much for making our trip memorable to Kashmir -Ladakh. It would have not been possible without their support and help. Also would like to mention Mr. Norbu’s help, who is Mr. Motup’s support staff. He has gone extra miles to make our stay and journey comfortable. They arranged traditional Ladaki lunch for us. Also arranged bike ride for a Day. Not to forget our hero of the trip, Mr. Hassnein who did smooth drive throughout our journey without a single mistake. Me and my family are very fond of travelling. We will cherish all the good moments spent on our trip. I wish Mr. Motup and his family great success and good health.

It was a very nice property, well maintained, earlier was skeptical about staying in Treehouse but it was worth staying. The best part was of Mr Tashi -the owner’s hospitality, the food spread should have been more. But overall worth staying in it.
Lha- ri- sa in Leh is an excellent hotel surrounded by snow capped peaks. Their tree houses are a very pleasant experience. The owner Mr Tassi Motup is always around giving his personal touch to things and also offering friendly advice. His manager Norbu is very energetic and very very helpful. All the staff are very well mannered and the dining area is a cheerful place with the chef and staff urging us to try the new and local delicacies. Another added attraction is its proximity to the local market. Overall my family and friends had a great time here! - Dr Subhra Dhar
The location is great very close to Leh Market and Leh Town, The hotel is good and very basic however, the new rooms which are the tree houses are great. Food is very good and well made, the staff is very very polite and kind. All in all, if you are looking for not too expensive a place and a good place close to town and market this is a good hotel to stay in.
We went to Leh for a medical camp (as part of a team of doctors from AIIMS). We were put up in Lha-Ri-Sa. To summarize in one sentence, everything was fantastic ! The spacious nature of the hotel campus, the huge lobby area with it's vintage look and feel, the good rooms & food, and the endearing nature of the hotel staff made our stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one. The owner of the place, Mr Tashi Motup, is always available and takes care of everything with a smile on his face. His team is doing great humanitarian service by organizing the medical camps and helping the needy people of Ladakh. We decided that when we come back again, we shall stay here itself !
