Naro is an extremely homely and cosy hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and always accessible in case of any emergencies. We never once had to go looking for someone to help. We were even on first name basis with the staff by the end of our stay!
The only thing you need to be prepared about is that they change the bath towels every 2 days. If you aren't okay with that, let them know. The food is good, but options are limited. We had a dinner and breakfast package, and hence this was our experience.
The rooms are always cleaned and completely stocked up, though you will need to ask for a second bar of soap! The location is apt. It is a little far out from the market but still quite close. Maybe a 5-7 minute walk away. Completely quiet, with a beautiful view of the mountains!
Overall, a great place to stay in with lots to do around (market).
