The best

Very good place to chill out with good facilities and very well maintained rooms, giving out best of Srinagar, very good food.
Very good air conditioning with heater for all rooms.
And with good cooperation.

One of kind royal rooms

Spacious rooms and highly maintained boat . With a great view to the lake and a excellent experience of staying in boat house .
Every thing was excellent . Rooms, owner , view , food .
Very authentic architecture inside .

Good view. Awesome houswboat

Amazing host, good view and awesome hospitality.
Highly recommend. Riyaz tries his best to make your experience memorable.
Nigeen Lake is very beautiful. Houseboat is very clean. They do provide hot water and heated room. View from the houseboat is stunning

Best Experience

Had the best experience at insha allah boat house. It is a very budget friendly place, with a vintage touch to it. The owner, Mr Riyaz makes sure that the guests feel at home and is always available for everything. Dinners are amazing at insha allah boat house. We had a group of 10 people and it was the best experience we ever had. Even in extreme weather, Mr Riyaz made sure that we were warm and nice in the boat house. I will recommend everyone to visit this place.

The perfect place for a holiday

Really great experience, spacious place and a really nice service
Everyone was really helpful and friendly
If you visit Kashmir this is the perfect place you are finding. The food was also very great and even the heating the view and the place to sit outside is also very beautiful
