Had the most wonderful experience at Lee heritage hotel, Srinagar. The rooms are very good. The hotel provides with room heaters,electric blanket,geyser,electric kettles everything. Room service is very good. And also the food is very delicious. They provide paid airport pickup and drop services and that was the best part as our driver was Prince bhaiya. He was the best travel companion we could get. He guided us all along and made our visits to different places very easy. He was very kind and treated us as his family. The hospitality he provided was beyond our expectations. It still feels like I have a brother 2600 km away from home. We will always remember him in our prayers.
The staff members of the hotel were really very good. Dont think twice. Just go for this hotel. And if you opt for transportation services ask for Prince bhaiya. He is a very generous person. You will never ever regret.
We are looking forward to visit Kashmir again and opt for all these services. Thanks to everyone.

Best hotel to stay if you're in Srinagar. It's inside the Central Market, Lal Chowk. Close to airport and the tourist places like Dal Lake, Shalimar Garden, Chashmeshahi garden etc.
Place is neat and clean with all the amenities.
Staff is also very supportive . All transport facility is available there .
Lee Heritage was selected directly after seeing the reviews, photos and speaking to the hotel team. I had also booked car service for visiting various places in and around srinagar. The hotel is neat, staff very courteous, food of good quality and taste. Above all the car service was also impressive and prince who was with us from air port pick up to drop has nicely shown us the places as well as guided during our trips to gulmarg, sonmarg, pahalgam and other. We were satisfied as we have been taken care beyond our expectations. I would recommend visitors to surely come to this place and keep all your worries aside as such quality service with reasonably pricing is rarely seen.Thanks to all the Lee Heritage team and continue doing good services which is aiding in building a good name in tourism of Jammu and Kashmir. We initially booked it just to crash one night but loved it & booked the same place when we returned for 3 more days. The staff is super helpful & polite. It is a fairly small outfit kinda boutique so if you are particular about anything please call & inquire before booking. We were specific abt not climbing many stairs as they didn't have a lift, called and checked the same, first time they gave us a room on the 1st floor & second-time ground floor was available.

we liked everything about this hotel. they were very friendly and helpful.as they were the one arranged the whole package for our trip , i must say the package included almost everything and in an affordable price .
a special thanks to mr. PRINCE bai ( the taxi man arranged by the hotel) he was very helpful,knows every nook and corner of Kashmir, speaks kashmiri ,hindi and english. he took us to every good tourist places and explained us the good details of the places.
