We had a good break post gulmarg at the hotel and Mr. Riyaz Ahmed was kind enough to comply with good tantrums of our toddler. Room tip - book the rooms on first floor. The staff is quite friendly And a special mention for Suhail for being connected with us during the entire duration and providing support.

We stayed for 2 nights at this property and I am highly impressed by the property and it's staff. The property overlooks the mountains and is near to the famous gardens. The staff was very courteous and helpful in our constant queries; especially Feroz and Mohsin who had lots of stories to share. They even arranged special bed for us since my wife had a back problem. Also we got our customised non spicy breakfast from Feroz.

ITC fortune heevan is best in town. Rooms are neat and clean, service is excellent and the food is the best I had in town. Hospitality of the staff is excellent, professional and well trained staff. Will definitely come again to visit this excellent place.

We all visited srinagar for a week and we accomodated in fortune hotel and it was so awesome and beautiful hotel everything was fabulous and it has best food to offer,
