We stayed for 2 nights at this property and I am highly impressed by the property and it's staff. The property overlooks the mountains and is near to the famous gardens. The staff was very courteous and helpful in our constant queries; especially Feroz and Mohsin who had lots of stories to share. They even arranged special bed for us since my wife had a back problem. If you are looking for a place in Srinagar that checks all the boxes, this is it. It's ideally located, and is a beautiful, spacious property. The staff here is very warm and will ensure that you are comfortable and attended to. Their restaurant, Earthen Oven, serves the most flavorful biryani and kebabs, and their mung dal halwa is a must have. We especially loved Mr. Firoz at the restaurant who is extremely polite and prompt.
It's an ideal place for a relaxing holiday!

We travelled in month of january and it was freezing cold snowing outside. The moment we reached this hotel we felt warmly. The complete hotel is well heated and make us feel cozy. Property is well maintained that we didnt feel to go outside the hotel. The food quality and the menu selection is just perfect. The staff named Riyaz Ahmed was so kind and helpful, he made sure that we feel comfortable and asked that if we are ok with food else he will ask to make something of our choice.
