We have been roaming in Kashmir at different locations, and stayed at many hotels prior to this. Most of the hotels were 3* or above, but there were problems everywhere. Some had heating issues, some with breakfast and food, and some had issue with staff behaviour. This was out last stay and the best amongst all of the stays.

Room was good, not much decorated but decent enough. Heating was perfect as there was hot and cold ac which you can control yourself. Previously we stayed in centralised heating system which couldn't be controlled and sometimes becomes suffocating, or they provided blowers which was not sufficient. View from room was just okay.

Food was great. We had great buffet breakfast here only, with many options and good taste.

Staff behaviour was exceptionally well. Everyone including at front desk, at restaurant, room service and everyone else were polite, helpful and friendly.

Other than this, parking was big enough, location was also good as it was at walking distance from Dal Lake ghat 1, many of famous restaurants like Krishna Restaurant, Gulab, CCD were just in front of the hotel, and other were also at a walking distance.
