We were fortunate that we made a plan to stay at houseboat especially at New Jacquline Houseboat at Nageen lake. HB is extremely beautiful with wood carvings kashmiri culture. Staff and owners are delightful to interact with. Pristine Nageen adds another level to the visit. Must visit for traveller from all walks of life.

This was the best experience I could ever ask for. Thank you New Jacquline Heritage for the amazing hospitality that you all provided us with during our stay.
The staff were very friendly, amazing welcome given to us by the staff. The houseboat is well maintained, very clean, rooms are also very nice. Room service available at all times.
The dinner that was prepared was just AMAZING!!! Very delicious and sumptuous meal.
Not to forget, Sami has been extremely helpful to us after our visit as well. Helped us out with our trip.

This was one of the best experience of my life to stay in a houseboat. These houseboats are designed in such a way that you feel like you are staying in a royal palace. Food and refreshments are served inside the houseboats and trust me that was the best meals we had in our complete kashmir tour. People can enjoy their meals along with the view of Nigeen lake and shikaras. I would recommend everyone to at-least stay for a night in these houseboats and moreover Hospitality is absolutely great. You will feel like you are home!
