I went to this lovely place after visiting Moghal Garden and found that from here, you can get a bird's eye view of Srinagar city with Dal Lake as backdrop. The architectural style of the building here is quite impressive and if you love taking photos, this is a place for you. There are many spots where you can get nice shots. In October, the weather was nice, not too hot and not too cold and good light. The place is not very big so you can explore it in a short time.

A. Opening Hours : 7.00 am till 7.30 pm
B. Entry Ticket: Rs. 24 pp adult,
                            Rs.12 pp children
C. Location : On Zebarwan Mountain Range off Dal Lake
This  terraced structure was built Dara Shikoh and he used to live here sporadically. It was later used as observatory and astronomical studies. Thete is a seven terraced garden overlooking the Dal Lake and Srinagar valley. On the highest level of the garden there is two storied structure used for Dara Sikoh and later for the observatory. At each level of terrace , a water reservoir was  built at the centre anc garden around the same.
We visited this monument on a November afternoon.  The view of the Dal and the valley from each terrace was spectacular. THE structure is little ruined but still stands strong. Thd place is less popular than other monuments and gardens but for the sheer view from here, it beats all orher. If is very close to the more popular Moghul Garden , Chasme Shahi Gardens and should be clubbed with the same. You should not miss this monument.

The place is ancient but views are so great. Located on a hill and nearby to the dal lake. The sunset from here is quite breathtaking.

A beautiful garden located at the hill top. The approach road is also good and surrounded by Zabarwan Mountains! Whoa! What a view! Best spot to click the Srinagar city, golf course and the inimitable Dal lake, the heart of the city! It’s a multi-storey garden with a lot of steps and the structures were built by Dara Shukoh in Moghul era! Flowers were aplenty during our visit! Amazing place to be soaked in! A must visit!

One of the most beautiful tourist spot in Srinagar. It is located on top of a mountain. Th travel to Pari Mmahal from boulevard itself is an extraordinary experience. You will get to see so many birds and some animals also. the view of city, golf course and Dal lake from Pari Mahal is breath-taking. The place has its own mysterious charm and charisma. A must visit place in Kashmir.

On the way to parimahal you can spot many bird species keep your camera ready if you are interested in bird watching you should not skip parimahal in any season
It gives fantastic view of dal Lake and golf course
My daughter remembers parimahal for the mulberry treat given by uzair from Uzair Travels.. Yes, the place has many mulberry trees and if you are visiting in May June you can have that pleasure of plucking mulberries and making your toungue purple with having juicy mulberries.

The place is very well maintained and clean. The perk of visiting Pari Mahal is that you get the bird's eye view of Srinagar city, the golf course, the Dal lake and yes, it is all worth. Please do visit and spend some time
