Resort is located on hill side away from crowded mall road but at same time not too far from it. It has big garden area for children's to play. We stayed in maharaja room which is specious and has good view. Staff are very polite and serves you with smile. Lot of activities for small kids unlike other resorts , they even have arranged magic show for kids. Overall good family resort in lap of nature.

We stayed in Snow valley resorts for a week in March 2022. It is beautiful than any other hotel/resort in that area. They have beautiful parks and lawns. Nice open terraces to enjoy the beauty of the mountains. We can take plenty of photos inside the resort.
Food was very good. They have variety of options for vegetarians. We preferred Ala-carte. All the dishes were tasty and hygenic. To our surprise they even served us curd rise. Particularly Veg pakoda, veg briyani, dhal kichadi were delicious.
We stayed in Maharaja room. Room was very good. They provided us extra beds. Room was cleaned daily. View from the room was nice.
Room service and house keeping services were very good. People were very polite.
In the reception, they helped us in sightseeing by suggesting good places and arranged vehicle as per our requirement. They maintain medical kit to help the guests for their urgent needs.
Mr. Man Singh was very polite and soft spoken. Once you ask anything to him, he makes sure to provide them on time.
Overall I would say that our stay in this resort as a wonderful and a memorable stay.
