One night we had our dinner in the restaurant, the english owner was highly recommending the pizza to us, but we had indian........
We odered vegetable Briyani and a Curry. The taste of the two dishes was alright, the garnish nice and portion was good aswell.
After leaving the restaurant, I began to feel a bit of a pressure in my stomach, a few hours later I had to vomit and felt bad. My friend felt bad for days and on the next we went for a 3 day trek(not much fun

All for sudden my friend met the manager on the next morning and told him about the circumstances, his reaction was really careless and said that it is our fault that we having Indian food which was cooked by an italian chef and probably we are just not used to the spicy taste of it! At this point we had traveled India fo 2 weeks already, and lived in Thailand for 2 years with never having any problems with food.

Dear Apple Villa Hotel:
Buy a book about complaint management, because thats the worst way.

We arrived in Manali at 4am and this place was miraculously open to let us in and show us our huge room. All rooms have a balcony, unbeatable views, great position as its off the main road... Comfy beds, hot water that works in a beautiful bathroom! This place is brand new so some things are waiting to be finished such as the lighting ( 1 fluro light) , but apart from that its incredible value for money. The restaurant downstairs does great pizza too, and enjoy the free wifi.

This is a great hotel: totally clean, brand new geyzer for a súper hot bath, ultra comfy bed, TV if you mind one and Wifi! Plus the staff is very friendly and attentive, the owner, lived in london and is a very nice guy too. From the balcony you have mountain views and there is a restaurant downstairs. I really recommend it specially after a long journey, this was sweet.

We really enjoyed our stay at apple villa. It was great value for money. The staff were very friendly and personal and the beds were the comfiest we have slept in so far in India. The rooms were clean and the restaurant downstairs serves the most delicious Italian pizza. We stayed in an adjoining room which is perfect for groups of friends to stay in and the hotel is in perfect walking distance of many other shops and restaurants. The owner lived in the UK for a while and understands the British sense of humour! We warmly recommend this hotel to all.
