We really enjoyed our work at Leela.Food was gud and staff was friendly so we finished our shoot smoothly.I wanna thank Mudit and Vishal Thakkar front desk for assisting me in the situation and saved from trouble and wastage of time.

Pleasantly surprised by Robin’s and Sapna’s beautiful handiwork of swans and rose petals on the bed on the 3rd night of our stay at Leela’s Ambience Hotel. The thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable. Robin has been very courteous and very efficient in performing his duties.

In last 2 months I have stayed in 6+ exclusive properties in metro cities. In all the hotels, mini bar was either complimentary or there was a sensor/price menu to ensure parity or last minute surprises.
I upgraded the room to avoid the hassle of waiting during the check-in and was charged heftily during the checkout.
The problem is not about paying the amount but you guys should keep the menu/charges or sensor service for this purpose.
The overall guest experience was amazing but unfortunately there was no parity in terms of charging the customers.

With regards to the mini bar , the price list is available inside the room for our guest to look at the prices and make the purchases .

Sir,our prices are very competitive and are aligned to the our organizational policies. It is possible that our pricing or the way we communicated the prices were not cleared to you. We would love to know how more about how we can improve.

Although we were here for our business trip but the comfort and service was great..We had such a fine stay. Also, Shubhi and Neeraj from housekeeping were always there with their smile to make us comfortable and we didn’t have to ask anything as there eye for detailing were great!! Thanks Neeraj and Shubhi for superb hospitality and the nice gift!!

We stayed for 4days in a row for our Event and we were really amazed by the treatment and hospitality by the staff, It will definitely made me come here again, Such a lovely people with pure heart.

Specially we loved the treatment given by Shubhi and Neeraj from Housekeeping 3rd floor,
We were given special gift from them, Than You so much for love Shubhi!
