The stay was pleasant. Servicing could be enhanced. You will get what's in the package ,no adjustments and alterations can be done in the name of increasing the stay experience. Some renovations were required in the room. The major highlights was Olympic sized swimming pool and attached gaming,food and theater zones. Overall you will love to stay as the staff is supportive.

I was here for a stay after my marraige everything went very smooth my checkin and checkout the staff here are very friendly and helpful.
The hotel rooms are big and spacious and clean.

this was my second visit to this property and i have always admired the excellent quality service i have received at this very place. The rooms have amazing ambience , the hotel has great evening views as well as good food. There's also to mention that the warmth of welcome has always been my goto factor for this property. The location of the hotel is just Too far from the centre. It is not upto the mark and standards of the 5 stars. There are better options available for the similar price. Also the staff and the service is pathetic and the property is dated.

Would never stay in this property again. Never felt it was a five star. Half the services were bad. Cleanliness was not good. The bathroom showers had most of the holes blocked, were not serviced( the showers were not clean) the toilet seats had stains. A five star hotel should have a deep clean feel.
