We move from our home at Bhuj at around 9:00 AM towards Koteshwar Temple. After driving through the picturesque and well built road for around 3 hours we reached Koteshwar Temple. The only point that breaks the skyline from the flat brown horizon to the east and the wide blue horizon to the west is the point of the Koteshwar Temple. The temple is very old but neat and clean. The chanting of the mantras by the priests generates respects. From the temple balcony the endless Sea looks marvelous. The light house is also a major attraction. After having our pujas and lots of picture we climb down from the temple and went towards the long bay where land meets the sea bay. The coast guard does not allow to reach the end. You can also roam in the sea with the help of local desi boat. During return journey we drop in the Narayan Sarovar, which is one of the five sacrad sarovar for Hindus just 2 kms from Koteshwar temple.
We like the view of the Sea, where land meets the sea, the sun sets picture is very beautiful. If you want to stay in Night after seeing the sun set a lodge is also there.
Bring your camera is a must thing here. But this place lacks good food but this can be adjustable here also.
If you do not want to stay in Night just move towards the Bhuj, nearest city within 3 hours.
