We stayed in the hotel for one night with our one year old child. Although rooms are spacious, property itself is very poorly managed. Staff is barely courteous and warm. We moved here from North Goa and tried to contact them in advance as we were travelling with a small child, but their numbers were switched off. When we wanted to order for lunch, they told us that only Dal is available in veg from all the items in their menu as they have sent all other items to cater to some order they got...
Water pressure in rooms was so low... and for hot water (which we needed often as we had a small child with us) every time you need to tell them.
Photographs of the property as shown on different websites do not match with actual property. Because of these photographs as very few positive reviews we had booked this property :(
Hotel is around 1 km. from main market and on the top of that staff was least helpful in every aspect. Beach was the only saving grace.
Will not suggest it to anybody, specially travelling with kids... (specially Indians :( :(

"Staff is very soft spoken and humble, and guide you for your inquiry."
"And food quality is very good and food served is excellent condition."..........::
Visited as a guest in the Echo restaurant for lunch just today. We were entertaining friends from California, and enjoyed our ocean side table. We chose to stay indoors - to enjoy the air conditioning . I just want to say that, in addition to a nice meal, we had a delightful waitress, Jackie. She had just the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. She recognized that we wanted time to visit and did not rush us. She and other staff members made certain that we had everything we needed. Kudos!
Spent 3 nights at this resort earlier this month and it was a great stay! We paid for an upgrade to the oceanfront cabana, which was worth the price. The beach views, calm ocean and ability to watch the sunset on our patio were highlights of the trip! The hotel restaurant was exceptional, not only because every meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful but also because the prices were so reasonable for an oceanfront resort! The entire island and resort were a lot more laid back and calm than other touristy coastal front towns in the southeast, but that may in part due to it being early March. I'd imagine there's a bit more traffic during high seasons, but either way, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!

I attended a workshop of 3 days at this hotel. The conference hall was ok. Cannot say the same about food though. I would rate it at 3 out of 5.
What I did not like though is the hotel management's attitude towards power outages. As a hotel owner/admin, it is their duty to provide uninterrupted power supply to their guests and not that of the power utility. A DG set is a must. Goa does not have its own power generating station. There are problems that are and those that are not in the hands of man. That's why, as a hotelier, the owner should do what he can to ensure continuity in power supply. I take exception to the owner telling a departing guest that he hopes their visit was not marred by the power outage the previous night. Irritating!
The power utility company is doing what it can, even if it may not be upto the mark, considering non-availability of resources, delay due to centralised decision making etc. But why is the hotel not doing all that it can, if power is the only issue?
Luckily a DG set was brought in for the sake of our program.
Second observation was about a guest who complained of someone entering his room and dirtying it when he had been out for breakfast. After reading the other reviews on this site, I realise that this was not a stray incident. Management should do something about it.

Dear Sir, We thank you for staying in our resort and attending conference. As you rightly said that due heavy winds and rain ,there was disruption in power transmission. We will like to clarify that we have 125 kv DG set as back up, but after working two days continuously , it
developed malfunction. We immediately hired DG set , same morning , but due to last minute failure ,the installing took half an hour and
we regret the the delay in start of conference.
We will like to clarify that we investigated the complain and state that cleaning of rooms is taken by H.K staff from 9 am to 6 p.m. They have system to clean and change linen and toiletries between two persons and the guest visited before cleaning was complete.
We regret the same. We assure interrupted power s and good services.

We have stayed at the Bollywood several times and like it very much - Sunil Saxena and his assistant, Praveen, go out of their way to set a standard of hospitality and caring that is reflected by many of their staff. Much appreciated.

The hotel is a short sandy walk to the beautiful beach... It would be great if the hotel staff kept the walk clear of trash!

Music: The big downside for us is the music at night. It starts at around 5pm and supposedly goes until 10pm. On our recent visit in our first week, it went to 2am one night and 4am another night. There seem to be no restrictions on buying and drinking alcohol at the poolside, with partying until any hour even if only 2-3 guests are involved. The rest of us suffer. There are no intercom phones in the rooms, so you cannot phone the front desk to register a request.
Peace and quiet: We were lucky that the manager's daughter and her family came to stay at the hotel for 4 days. There was no music at all during those days. Wonderful! We could hear the sea... Wish it were like that every day!

Dear Anthea,
We thank you for selecting our resort ,despite inconvenience of noise for few days. We have been meeting practically everyday
and have been always weighing your mood,as if you loose your temper you can straighten anyone and believe me I belong to same group. My daughter joined for repairs going on at home : and she is fond of loud Music.
Your assessment about me in first sentence does not correspond with my siding my daughter's comfort at the cost of customer's.

We will not let you suffer at any cost and that day customers took advantage of we not crossing line of hospitality and deal seriously
with client. We assure you this will not happen and if it is you oblige us by revealing your dissatisfied mood,

We wish to serve you over and over again.
