One of the best one in Candolim Goa. The breakfast was also good and the staff was very cooperative and courteous. Overall it was an amazing stay for friends, family and couples.

The hotel is close to Calangute and is perfect place for couples to spend a beautiful stay in Goa. They have big spacious rooms for couples as well as families. The owner are very friendly and share all the information needed. The room service is quick. The food is good. They have a swimming is clean and maintained. The staff is polite.
Let me begin with a big thank you for keeping the hotel safe and sanitized to say , must say I found it way better than I expected.

I stayed 3 nights in Cygnette and had a wonderful experience. The pool and poolside area are awesome. The rooms were well maintained. My wife loved the hospitality. The staff is very cooperative, friendly and professional.
Best and awesome hotel .. we came with family and we enjoyed alot even all the staff were helpful and were very helpful . Rooms are cleaned &pool was nice , thanks to all the Cygnett staff for making our stay good best of luck and keep the services the same .
We stayed here in December, we had booked 4 rooms. We had requested an early check-in which was not available. We were asked to wait at reception, however, the reception was so small there was no way 8 of us could fit in it!
We went out for lunch hoping by 3 PM our rooms will be ready. At around 3:15 only 3 rooms were available. At 3:30 I was given the key to my room. I was there with the bell boy and on knocking on the door the staff figured out that the previous guests haven't vacated yet!!!
So after another half an hour of waiting and harried cleaning by the housekeeping we got our room at around 4ish. As an apology, we got an 'upgraded' room. The room was another story altogether. Everything was dirty. The floors were so grimy no way one can walk without shoes or slippers inside the room. The sheets and blankets were grey with dirt. No toiletries were given, and we had to request housekeeping for everything.
The breakfast buffet was a joke, so disappointing that none of our friends even tried a morsel.
The pool is extremely small, I don't know what camera angle they have to make it look so grand in the pictures.
