The hotel located in a very silent place the view from front is so excellent, food served by them was so delicious that you can't imagine. Just the broken locks and termites can lead you down.... Anyways a good stay and recommended...

Taking safety measures
Many of the hotels in Diu will aspire to be in the location. V close to the two beaches. But that's all what is positive.
For the premium price charged by this hotel, it is not a worth of money. Rooms are run down, broken locks to hooks. One can spot Termites running up the roof. Rusted fans. And not so clean toilets.
They had the tastiest meals, very helpful staff, clean and well maintained property. The resort is near the beach and is quite peaceful area. We totally loved it and ended up extending our stay!
Excellent place to stay. It's perfectly placed near yet not too near the nagoa . Food was soothingly delicious. I was lost by the manner I was infact we were treated. Staff were curtious and helpful. Rooms were old but old is gold, Clean and fresh. We were offered a tent which was also breathtaking.

Terrible Experience! We were deceived by pictures online. We thought it is amazing resort but pictures was different when we reached to Hotel Palms. It is completely waste of money. Rooms are in very terrible condition, not appropriate for family. Walls of room are very dirty, people puke over wall, bathrooms are stink, blankets are worn and smelly. If you stay longer then you will be familiar with bugs and night creatures. Only good part of this hotel is food. Pool have a strict timing 9-6 so you will never enjoy this pool because you will be outside of hotel to explore Diu and if you return hotel after 6 then you can't go inside the pool so it is worthless. This is only place for friends, not for families.
