I had a ok stay here in this hotel overall it is a fine hotel but little bit out dated with old interiors. Moreover, food quality not up to the mark and it was quite below expectations. not recommended .More

We stayed twice in this property and we were quite happy with our stay. The rooms were good, with all amenities. The toilets were clean and they had soap and shampoo. The building is old and the elevator is small, but that posed no problem for us. It is located in Sector 17 and the marketplace near it is quite fabulous. There are good eating options in-house and nearby. It is not too far away from either the airport or the station. The staff were not extra friendly, but they behaved well with us giving us no cause to complain whatsoever. In fact, they just asked whether we took anythng from the mini-bar (all items moderately priced) and just trusted us when we said no. On my next trip to Chandigarh, this is the hotel I will stay in.

Very bad experience. Very loud music till 11pm from their bar. Dirty corridors and bathroom. Very old furniture and bed where you can fill springs.
Not at all recommended with family. Scary place and I felt unsafe during night.
Not worth it at all; spend some extra money and peace of mind and good night sleep at some other place.

No balcony in the room. Old furniture and the entire room stinks. Towels that they provided were very old and torned. Pathetic lightning in the entire room. They provided no water bottle as complimentary. At the time of checkout they overcharged for the water bottles.

Checked in here for one night only and I am glad it was for one night only.
We booked 2 rooms, one of the rooms was smelling so bad (Staff confirmed it was painted recently). I didn't understand why they had to let a room which is not ready!
Upon compliant, the room was changed and alas! this room had a leaking roof and the bed was wet.
Again another complaint and we were shifted to another room. According to the staff it was their Royal suite (to be honest it looked very normal to me that a 3 star hotel should have).
luckily no issues with this room.
The showers were so slow at pumping water that it was a mission to rinse soap from the body.
Anyway, not my type hotel.
I feel hotel is presenting itself more than what they are in real.
Public websites (i.e. Hotels.com) need to be careful listing them as a 3.5 star hotel.

a good place to nestle in the city beautiful..this hotel is conveniently located next to shopping and transportation complexes ....has a nice line up of drinks, dine stuff and rooms also budget friendly...
