The minuscule but well-equipped and quiet room reminded me of rooms in Hong Kong. A pity the hot shower didn't work. The location is conveniently close to the bus station with its tourist and train reservation offices (the train station is 8 km away), and a supermarket, ATM's, restaurants and internet cafe all nearby. Sai Sweets downstairs serves good tea and coffee and has snacks to go with it, but street food is harder to find in the area. Pleasant room service is available from early morning until 10, but be careful not to pay double like us. I paid the man who delivered the food but was charged again on the bill. Being followers of the guru Sai Baba the hotel does not allow alcohol on its premises.
