I liked the professionalism of the staffs at the hotel and and the cascade coffee shop. I had a great time with Simran, Anjali, Ravi, Anand. They are very civilised and provided great service. Loved the place and food here. Nonveg and desserts were amazing. Love to come here again.

Front office to in room dining well co operated staff and quick responding. Front office managers maha lakshmi and kavya and said hemanth was very co operative persons, and quick responding. I hope this is best hotel in vizag for every thing. That means A to Z facilities.

I generally don't write reviews...but the hospitality , the taste and the patience of the staff made me to write this... I had my wedding reception today and I was more than satisfied with the way things were handled
Firstly the management from the banquet hall dept was so understanding and flexible. The complimentary room was sufficient. The staff was very professional and friendly.
The best part is the FOOD... Each and every item was excellent... especially the dum biryani, loose prawns and veg Manchurian...others too are scrumptious.

I highly recommend this for your weddings and other events if it fits your budget.
