We stayed 3 days in hotel we had a great experiance of food & service
Yogesh the manager was very helpfull throughout the our stay,helped us to suggest nearby places to visit
Pradeep & tejas from resturant were also very kind rum extra mile to give us a great dinning experiance

Had an excellent stay at this hotel for 3 nights while holidaying at Vizag. The hotel was full of class and more classy was the entire staff starting from Rajeev Gandhi, the general manager. Very courteous staff, friendly, understand customers needs and proactively helped in every step. I would like to call out specially Srabani, Rahul and Tejas who went beyond their normal duties to make our stay a most memorable one !! Would like to go there again in the future and look out for these individuals once more Special thanks to them - they are an asset to this hotel and hope senior management takes care of them.

Good ambience, comfort stay, hygenic rooms and hotel places with tasty food.
I was happy with prompt and friebdly Service provided Ms Sravani, Mr. Varun, Mr. Shiva and Ms. Lakhshmi from front office dept of Welcome hotel.
Also would like to convey thanks to Ms Sindhu from Dakshin resturant and Mr. Pradeep, Mr. Subham, Mr. Akshay, Chef Jayesh, Chef Malhotra, Chef Hameed from Welcome Cafe resturant for great service and for giving tasty and delicious food.

Stayed with family for a short vacation. We had booked three rooms. The rooms were clean and renovated ones. The property is undergoing a renovation, which is almost complete, and they were allotting those floors which were already done.
Location of the hotel is right next to the beach. You can walk down to the beach in a few minutes.
The food was good. All the staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was fun to use after so many months of covid restrictions.
I had seen few negative opinions about the hotel in the earlier reviews which I figured would have been from the pre renovation time. We had a great stay in the place.
Overall, good location, good food, neat &clean rooms and helpful staff.

Fantastic...food was good...and staff very cordial and amiable..specially subham Biswakarma....just made our dinner experience more palatable. Lovely ambience, dimly lit yet adequate for an eatery. Enjoyed our meal thorough, and with Subham's help we didn't face any problems whatsoever— with the food or the service. 10/10 would recommend a repeat.

Had a peak sneak into the health and fitness of ITC.Found it to be very well organised and trained staff. Trainer is much friendly and one of class.
