Good ambience, comfort stay, hygenic rooms and hotel places with tasty food.

I was happy with prompt and friebdly Service provided Ms Sravani, Mr. Varun, Mr. Shiva and Ms. Lakhshmi from front office dept of Welcome hotel.

Also would like to convey thanks to Ms Sindhu from Dakshin resturant and Mr. Pradeep, Mr. Subham, Mr. Akshay, Chef Jayesh, Chef Malhotra, Chef Hameed from Welcome Cafe resturant for great service and for giving tasty and delicious food.

Overall a great Stay, Would Like to come again @ Welcome Hotel by ITC, Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

Stayed with family for a short vacation. We had booked three rooms. The rooms were clean and renovated ones. The property is undergoing a renovation, which is almost complete, and they were allotting those floors which were already done.
Location of the hotel is right next to the beach. You can walk down to the beach in a few minutes.
The food was good. All the staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was fun to use after so many months of covid restrictions.
I had seen few negative opinions about the hotel in the earlier reviews which I figured would have been from the pre renovation time. We had a great stay in the place.

Overall, good location, good food, neat &clean rooms and helpful staff.

Fantastic...food was good...and staff very cordial and amiable..specially subham Biswakarma....just made our dinner experience more palatable. Lovely ambience, dimly lit yet adequate for an eatery. Enjoyed our meal thorough, and with Subham's help we didn't face any problems whatsoever— with the food or the service. 10/10 would recommend a repeat.
