“Very pleasant overnight stay”
Reviewed 2 July 2012 via mobile

Stayed here for one night after coming off a weeks live aboard. check in was very smooth and staff extremely helpful. room very nice, spotlessly clean and overlooked the beach. breakfast very nice, lunchtime meal very good and good value for money. only minor complaint was that the room was a bit noisy with noise from adjacent hotels. All in all a very nice hotel and would thoroughly recommend.

Hello fellow readers,
I stayed numerous times in Sharm el Sheikh and this hotel is the 2nd worst experience after Grand Rotana. I went for a snorkelling trip with friends and I decided not to go to a 5 stars for such a short trip with younger peoples, big mistake.
In fact Iberotel is average and good for a very average hotel, but far from expected with a 4 stars hotel.
CHECK IN: we arrived at 4 PM, and after discovering there was no parking, we walked down 1 mile to learn that the vedroom was not ready... 4PM in a half occupied hotel. Written reservation was clear about a smoking room and they finally gave us a non-smoking room.
SERVICE: We asked for a bed cover at 1 PM, 8 PM, 10 PM and I finally went to the lobby to talk seriously at 11PM, Finally got it at midnight. No extra cover or pillow in the cupboard as most hotels do.
PARKING: No parking available close to the hotel, I parked my car more than 1 mile away and the car stayed in the open 3 days under a 40 degrees celsius sun. Impossible to deal for a spot in the quite empty large parking close to the Hotel.
STAFF: Except the lobby, peoples were very nice, I admit it. Lobby staff was smiling but not really efficient or listening to us.

NEXT TIME : I will go back to Stella Di Mare, which is the the hotel just after the Iberotel Lido, the price difference is not so bad, but what a blast about the service level : Parking, free shuttles, amazing service on the beach, no disco sound in the room at night, quality of the coral reef. For a 20-30$ difference per night, both hotels make unforgettable vacations, one for the good reason, one for other reasons.
And if you dont need to stay close to Naama bay, so much better hotel at better prices. The added value of Iberotel is walking distance from Naama Bayy night-life and (small and crowded) private beach.

Thank you for your sparing your time sharing your personal experience with T/A community. As much as we were happy to have you as our guest, we are disappointed that we were not able to meet your expectations the same way we are well known for, and we always do for our valued hotel guests, and for that, please accept our apology. Being very frequent visitor to SSH City, and based in Cairo, you are aware of the fact that Guests’ private cars are not allowed into Naama Bay area, however a shuttle transfer is provided the same as all other hotels located in the area, upon prior request. Usually an extra billow is located in the room cupboard, covered in its protective cover, and extra blankets stored and available on request. We would appreciate If you provide us with details of your visit so we can investigate the issue, and find out why your request was not fulfilled in due time. Please use T/A hotel page for contact details. As we are positive that there are other properties located in the city with luxurious facilities; we are very much positive that they we are among the very few hotels that are well known for maintaining their high level of service standard, cleaning, and meeting their guests’ satisfaction and expectations. Thank you again & on behalf of the team please accept our regards.

This is just a brilliant hotel, wonderful staff,I feel like thay are all our freind's, The location is lovely on the edge of the resort, with the sea as a veiw from most room's , a nice pool with tentitive bar staff, also a clean small beach with a bar and always plenty of sun loungers.
The room is a little dated but spotlessly clean, with fresh crisp linen every day,we also had towel animals on our bed and fresh flower's on our wedding anniversary in our room.if you stay B&B, we hhave been told you can upgrade when you arrive,we were AI.
We would like to go back to this hotel again

Room Tip: High floor and looking at the dive boat jetty.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend September 2011 and it was beautiful. It was located far enough away from the usual large chain hotels so that we had peace and quiet! The views are lovely from the hotel as it is located on the water at the end of the Naama Bay resort so having breakfast was a delight. The bit that sets it apart from the rest of the hotels however is the staff, especially by the pool. We had a lovely member of staff who couldn't do enough! He came over during the hottest part of the day and gave us fresh cold towels and would even spray us with cold water to cool us down!! Pure luxury. The cleaning staff were also wonderful and we loved going back to the room to find a different towel animal placed on our bed! I would recommend this to all of my friends or family who want a pleasant beautiful hotel that really shows Naama Bay at its best.

Tips: I would recommend asking for a sea view room, it was lovely waking up to it. Also there is a man and a woman who work on the private beach at the side of the hotel. They offer to do massages and I would absolutely recommend it with all my heart. It was the most luxurious hour of my life, overlooking the beach and the sea whilst a very lovely woman pampered my friend and I! It was spectacular and would do it again in a heartbeat

The Staff was very friendly and helpful, from the great reception team to the cleaners. Although we were only there for 2 days and B&B we were still made to feel special as guests.

Very nice & clean hotel, far better than the 5 star Hotel we stayed in, later in our trip.
Nice & clean room with balcony overlooking the sea.
All dining areas overlooking the sea, that was really great, nice and relaxing.
Great Breakfast & Room Service.

Great location!!
Not far from the airport and walking distance from the great nightlife of Namabay.
Great to have a private beach on your doorstep, with a great coral reef. Wow fantastic!!
Love the rooftop pool with great views over Namabay
