I was placed here for one night by monarch,i really cant understand any one complaining. My room was immaculate. The public areas were clean and the outside areas around the pool were also good. Great beach. I agree the food was not brilliant and the tables took a long time to be cleared,but they were very busy with the influx of monarch people.
The poor staff were rushed off their feet,especially i the bar area, and i felt embarrassed by the way the British people spoke to them.
I would happily stay here again.

My friend and I stayed here for 1 yes 1 night while our flights were delayed and it was one night too many, the room was ok, needed a good clean but the beds were comfortable abt the only nice thing i can say, there was dust everywhere, as for the food OMG! I wouldnt give it to a dog, there was birds flying around everywhere, the hotel caters for the Russians and russians only, its the most nasty hotel I have stayed in. YUCK! And good luck

However, would like to highlight that only one night under the stress of your forced evacuation and flights delaying and trip disturbance is not really enough time to express such a negative impact.

Although we fully understand how much all our last minute guests were stressed and frustrated we been doing our utmost to maintain vacant rooms / space for all guests to spend their night which been booked only two hours before your arrival.

Once again, thank you very much for your valuable feedback and we do hope to see you again in better conditions for your vacation promising that you will be having an unforgettable vacation.

We were placed at this hotel by monarch after the recent incident, the room was very grotty and tired and the whole place needs a make over. The sofa bed broke apart when I tried to erect it! The beach and pool area need attention, maintenance jobs everywhere. I'm not a fussy eater but I found myself walking round the buffet again and again and still I'd placed nothing on my plate!!!!
Don't waste your hard earned money.
For our actual holiday we stayed at Sea Club Aqua Park, really nice hotel, awesome holiday.

We have been placed here by monarch airlines after a fabulous stay at the steel a Di mare. I have to say I have been to a number of varying and different hotels in my life but this hotel takes the first prize for being totally awful. For example, our room was not cleaned and there was no sign all day of cleaning teams out doing rooms, there were cockroaches, a rat or mouse ran along the hotel floor, everywhere looked tired and in need of a bloody good clean. The staff did try their best but there was obviously poor leadership and management as standards were very low. The food as others have said borders on inedible and tables are filthy and left unlaid and covered with crockery and food and spillage. My advice would be to avoid this hotel and refuse to be placed here if you are a monarch customer affected by the recent air disaster. It's 5 star on the internet but 2 star in practice.

Possibly the worst hotel I have had the misfortune to stay. The room was absolutely filthy with urine all over bathroom and dust with some friendly cockroaches. The food was like a bush tucker trial and inedible. I have stayed in better Youth Hostels!
