We have just returned from our fourth visit to this fabulous hotel. We have been to a few hotels within Europe but when you travel to Egypt and stay at the Mamlouk Palace, you definitely feel like you are staying in a palace!!
From the minute we arrived, the service was superb. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff throughout the hotel and we have now got even more fabulous memories.
We stayed for 7 nights and I’d definitely recommend staying for longer just so you can take advantage of all of the a la carte restaurants.
On this holiday we visited:
The boulevard - brilliant food, fabulous waiter service and a very relaxing atmosphere.
The Manzuku - the Asian restaurant, brilliant service, amazing food and waiter service, to mention Sherif and the whole team.
The Mongolian restaurant - great selection of food, brilliant to see the food being cooked by talented chefs whilst you watch.
The Manohar - Indian restaurant. We went to this one twice. Great selection of food. Children well catered for. Once again fabulous waiter service, to mention Eslam and Mostafa (manager).
The Nasaya - this restaurant is where you pay extra for food and drink but the food was out of this world!! Definitely worth a visit.
Our whole stay was just perfect. I’m going to name a few staff members that made our holiday but absolutely everyone just do such a brilliant job.
Mostafa - manager in manohar and within the pool bar during the day.
Sherif - served us breakfast drinks and works within the Asian.
Khaled - worked around the pool and the towel shed.
Mostafa - the lifeguard around the heated pool, fabulous with the children and nothing goes unnoticed.
Ahmed - worked at the tennis courts. He gave my husband good games of tennis most mornings. So patient and knowledgeable about the game.
ALL of the entertainment team - just brilliant, hilarious people who definitely make your holiday enjoyable. From the music they play around the pool to the jokes they play and their endless energy and enthusiasm.
