This is an attractive, welcoming hotel with excellent service. Many of the rooms have balconies with scenic views of nature and the ocean. It's in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to Charles Darwin center and the shops/restaurants on the island. Manager Carlos was helpful with everything.

I am in the boutique hotel business and service is the most important part of a hotel experience. Carlos went above and beyond helping me with my thousand requests which helped me have the exact trip I wanted. The room itself was also beautiful with a view of the ocean. I definitely recommend paying more for an ocean view. It's worth it. The place was very clean and well located but If you haven't planned out everything yet, leave it to Carlos to assist. Thank you!
Puerto Ayora is a bustling little town, but this hotel is a quiet oasis just a few minute's walk to restaurants and the downtown area. Our luxurious room (by Galapagos standards) was on the 4th floor with a stunning view overlooking the ocean with a private balcony. The owner, Judy spoke English and was very hospitable and friendly.
We would certainly recommend staying here.
Casa de Judy was such a charming hotel. It was quiet, in a great location for walking to the areas of the town we wanted to visit, and the staff were all so accommodating. Judy greeted us each morning at breakfast and asked about our day. It really felt like we were staying with friends. We loved it and will recommend it to all of our friends visiting Santa Cruz.

I would say that this was okay value for money compared to other places we stayed in Galapagos. It’s the only place we stayed in Santa Cruz, but it wasn’t exceptional. Rooms were clean, good service at breakfast (breakfast was fruit, eggs and bread). We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and well kept.

Stayed here 2 nights in a lovely spacious room with huge patio windows and balcony with view on to the sea.. Very clean rooms . Nice breakfast of fruit ,yogurt .granola, toasted bread ,butter and jam. , next day pancakes .Safe in room ,plenty sockets , TV in room . Hairdryer available from reception. Free tea and coffee and water also available at reception.
Only down points - no lift and room was on the 4th floor !
Wi-fi only on ground floor at reception, not in rooms.
No black out curtains.
