This is the second time we've been to the Borgota, and we look forward to our next trip. We had a standard room that was clean, spacious and well furnished. The linens were top notch, and the bathroom has a huge tiled shower. Our room overlooked the windmills, just a great view. Also, the rooms and hallways are quiet- you can't hear other televisions or ice machines. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs as well as the comedy shows. Check out their package that includes a standard room, two comedy show tickets and $100 restaurant credit. I wouldn't bring children as people need to be 21 to go to the comedy show.

Room tip: They're all good. Bring your own coffee, machines are in the room, as well as refrigerator and microwave.

The Borgata is simply the nicest hotel in Atlantic City. The architecture and the decor are beautiful, very tasteful and elegant, not gaudy, and the overall atmosphere is quite pleasant and makes you feel good. The rooms are spacious, upscale and very comfortable--I LOVE the beds and the bathroom. As this is an upscale hotel, it is usually quiet up on the floors where the rooms are. There are plenty of dining options for every taste and budget--from pizza and other fast-food type offerings at the food court to high-end restaurants and steak houses, and everything in between. There must be 12 or 15 places to eat here. The in-room dining is also very good, but a little pricey, as you might expect. There is also plenty of shopping, and they offer full spa services for those who like to indulge themselves in that, as well as entertainment. I enjoy the views from the upper floors, so I usually request that. The staff is very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. It would be hard not to enjoy your stay here. As far as the casino goes, they must have thousands of slot machines, and offer all of the varieties of table games one would expect, and have a range of limits, from as low as $10 or $15 to high-limit games ($50 or $100 min.), as well as a separate high-limit room. And they have the best poker room in AC, and probably one of the best on the entire east coast. The only negative I can think of is that, unless you qualify for a special rate, the price of a room on a Saturday night will be on the high side, but on most other nights, the rates are not bad, especially for how nice the hotel is. Highly recommended!

Room tip: Request an upper floor with a city view, if you like a nice view. i find that upper floors are usually quieter also.

We had an overnight stay on January 18th, for a Rob Thomas show. Our first time staying at the hotel. I was surprised that we had to wait in a long line for check in, it did move fairly quickly, but wasn't expecting that. The room was very nice. The bathroom was beautiful and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. We wanted to cut expenses a bit by dining at the Borgata Buffet, for dinner and breakfast. There was a large variety of foods, and it was pretty good, we didn't have to wait on line to be seated. But if you go at peak time, you may have to wait. Loved that it's on the marina, so no need to go to the boardwalk.

Flew from Raleigh NC through fly Borgata. They use Landmark Aviation. Very nice flight crew both ways. They shuttled use to hotel. Special check in just for group they have rooms already set aside and because we were leaving at 4 pm they gave us a 3 pm checkout. Young ladie at check inn was GREAT so was Marni the host. Nice room on 41 st floor. Clean and nice tv was HUGE 40 inch plus. Casino is vegas style. Casino is busy lots of going ons. overall borgata is a great casino hotel. They need to make smoking sections bigger they are always packed and non are always empty. PLUS they need to add a medium level to the players card. Anyone can be red level. Black label you can get an upgrade to for one year if you have a diamond level from total rewards. But to get to black level you have to play over 100k.

When my friend and I planned a visit to MD for a concert, he wanted to head up to Atlantic City and do some gambling and what was going to be overnight turned into 2 nights. The second night we were able to secure a room here and my friend was great compromising since I don't gamble..he knew I would be able to enjoy the art here.

I am sure Atlantic City is perfectly wonderful..in warmer months. But late Feb/early March is cold and there was still snow on the ground. And unlike Vegas which has tons of things to do without every hitting the casinos, there isn't much here to do if you don't feel like throwing your money away. I mean yes there is shopping but again when there is snow out..who feels like getting out to go shopping. But the Borgata has plenty to offer for the non gamblers in your party.

We arrive and this time check in was no problem. My southern roots are not used the cold so I have to get in bed and take a nap wile my friend hit the casino floor. We have the classic room (the el cheapo) but it is very nice. It has a to die for bed (which will make you want to stay in and never leave). The rooms are beautifully decorated and very elegant. Our bathroom was plenty big with his and hers sink. And this time we had HOT water..not luke warm. I took a nice relaxing bath before headed out for dinner.

They have plenty of dining options here for casual to names you know. We ate at Bobby Flays steakhouse. They also have the Old Homestead steakhouse and Wolf Gang Pucks Grille. They do have several clubs including dance clubs and comedy clubs and hold a number of events and concerts throughout the year. And for those who like to be pampered ..they have spa services as well. The have shopping here as well. And have plenty of meeting and event space.

The hotel its self is just gorgeous. What I was here for was the Chihuly instillations. When you arrive you cant not help but to be in awe of the stunning glass chandelier (which looks very similar to the piece that resides in the Columbia SC museum) that hangs overhead and the flanked by two red glass spires. One of the employees made sure to tell me to walk around as there were several others within the hotel as well (I would have been happy with that). In fact they have over $5 millions worth of the artists work. And at the Racebook entrance has the scrumptious sculpture garden. The works and the colors here are magnificent. And while walking around and checking out all the art..you cant help but not notice the calming aquariums as well. Heck I spent more than an hour just exploring and photographing this place.

The employees are great and the hotel is truly a great destination of your travel take you to Atlantic City.
