This is a nice luxurious hotel with friendly staff. It is pretty close to everything. The room and bed were fantastic. They also provided a crib for our baby. the taxi ride from the town square is only 6,000 pesos. I highly recommend taking some of the many day tours. We took the Guatape tour and the Real Pablo Escobar tour. They can pick you up/drop off at the hotel if need be.

This is a very nice modern hotel.
Everything is new here, the room the mini pool the entire building! Front deskstaff are nice. The security are very friendly and helpful I forget the names. They treat every one like KING & QUEEN. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff where friendly. Juan David who was taking care of us every morning at the breakfast was very helpful.

I have only 2 small issues
1. chafing dishes at the breakfast buffet needs more attention when need to be refill .
2. Housekeeping need to be every day consistent.
Bathroom items where not added every day the same like the first day we arrive.

This is an excellent quality, modern business-style hotel with very clean, very large, full-window rooms, large beds (a little soft for me) and very classy shower suites. The hotel is situated on a hill above El Poblado, so the rooms, especially on the upper floors, come with very wide views. The downside is that it's a good 20 minutes to walk to Poblado - and 30 minutes to walk back uphill, though taxis of course abound. This is certainly outweighed by the benefits of not being actually in Poblado! There is a fine restaurant with terrific buffet breakfasts, though we did not eat in at night. There is a gym at the top with a small pool, jacuzzi and steam room. We found the staff extremely friendly and helpful and while the cost was a little more than our usual budget, we thought it worth it. One word of warning is that if you want laundry done, ask the cost first as we had been finding laundry quite cheap in Colombia and got really caught out here. Otherwise this is a first class hotel with excellent staff.

A very good hotel. I have traveled allot and this was one of the best hotels! Rooms are very modern and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was in Colombia due to medical testing and the staff helped me very good with my recovery!

We are coming to the end of a 5 night stay and I am pretty impressed. The hotel is new and has been pretty well designed. The rooms are nice - I do a lot of business related travelling and the rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable to stay in. There are a few issues in their maintenance - the mini bar isn't refilled and remote controls are limited to one per room despite needing one for the TV and the other for cable - neither were a problem though - the rooms do have phones to request the front desk to send up either. These were mere details and we certainly didn't have to ration our water!!

In terms of amenities the hotel has a gym and very good free wifi. The hotel does not have a pool but I think this was an Expedia error - there is no pool - just a spa in the gym

The staff are very friendly and there is quite a lot of English spoken - much more that during our stay in Leticia - It is a real shame that I can't speak Spanish - I wish I could - but it is great that the hotel is able to accommodate incompetents like me

My only criticism is the restaurant - breakfast was included - to be honest guests should be paid to have the breakfast - it was awful and a complete contrast to the rest of the hotel - management please sort this out!
