Reserved a room for two weeks in March of 2018. I picked this hotel because of its location. It is within walking distance to Parque Lleras, some great restaurants such as Mondingo and El Aleman Pues, and most imprtantly the Metro Station Pobledo. It is also only a block from Parque El Poblado which is the starting point of some interesting bus tours. The breakfast room on the 10th floor provides an unparalleled view of much of the city. The hot buffet breakfast is extensive but monotonous with little daily variation. The room amenities I found lacking. Not every electrical appliance in the kitchenette is in working condition. There are NO English language channels on TV so you need to bring your laptop with you to keep up with the news from back home. The bed mattress is rather lumpy and should have been replaced long ago. There is no coffee machine in the room which as an American I really miss. The front desk people are pleasant and helpful and some even speak English.

Room Tip: Best views are from the rooms facing the street. The most quiet rooms are the ones not facing the street.

Modern room but a slow elevator. No shelf in the shower. Nice breakfast with a wonderful view of the city and mountains. Many restaurants and shops just down the street and a couple nice parks nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while visiting Medellin. Our room was very spacious and it included a full kitchen (which we didn't use). Breakfast was included in our reservation and it didn't disappoint. The view from the breakfast area is breathtaking and the food was delicious! The breakfast staff was kind and very helpful. The hotel helped us coordinate a taxi to/from the airport and our driver was courteous and on-time. We had a 5:00 a.m. flight on Sunday morning and he was at the hotel at 2:30 a.m. to pick us up.

I'm giving this hotel 3 stars because we had an issue with our water being too cold. My boyfriend and I had to split up our showers -- he in the morning and me at night. We were told that our room had a very small heating tank so we had to keep our showers short but that still didn't help. Also, the hotel is located on the same block as a club so forget about trying to get any kind of sleep on Friday or Saturday nights! Otherwise, the hotel is centrally located and a short walk away from Parque Lleras.

I called the front desk in advance and they arranged for the hotel pickup. Felipe was our driver very nice and very informative. Upon arrival we were greeted very nicely and check in was very fast. The room was clean but a bit outdated. The handle from tge inside of the shower is missing so it made it hard to open the shower door, need to leave it cracked. There is a missing knob in the closet door. And the floor needs to be polished. The breakfast was good but the same menu everyday, a little variety would have been nice. The hotel is very close from llera park, the Zona Rosa area very noisy at night on Friday and Saturday you can hear the music from 3 blocks away. If you love to party then this is the place to be. The price was fantastic as was the location, you are only about 6 blocks from the metro station and tour arrangements can be made through the front desk.

The entrance and location of this place is a little hard to find. Front desk area is very small but personnel very attentive. Room was very small but it had a stove, refrigerator and kitchen supplies for cooking. Easy access within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Very close to parque lleras. I guess it was ok for the price . Not impressed.
