Booked through Air Asia for a family of four which include 3 nights of hotel stay and flight.
Overall the hotel rooms and breakfast are satisfactory. We were given two rooms by the front desk upon check in.
And then a nasty surprise awaits us after we checked out on the last day of our trip.
The front desk manager wanted us to pay for the second room because the second room is given to us by mistake.
After some semi-heated verbal exchanges,we insist that we should not pay because we did not ask for the second room and it is their mistake to offer us two rooms. Finally they reluctantly waived the room payment but not the breakfast charges for the children.
Therefore our holiday ends with a sour note.More
