We stayed here when we competed in the CCOR being held at the Olympic Sailing Centre in April 2016. The location was fantastic and the facilities provided at this hotel were adequate for what we required. The room was pretty clean, so long as I didnt look too hard! The beds were hard, although that is pretty standard for Chinese accommodation. The breakfasts were ok. Not too many Western options (some mornings there were reheated french fries!) but thats ok by us, as we had become used to Chinese breakfasts by then.Overall, we would stay here again for CCOR as the price is very good value for money and the proximity to the marina cant be beat. However, if we were on holiday then we would not choose this hotel.

Visited here as part of a business group. The reception staff were helful and checked us in with no problems. The reception was was beautifully clean. The general appearance of the hotel is clean and tidy. The rooms are not large and luxurious, but perfectly adequate for a business trip. They are starting to lack general maintenance that could really improve things our bathroom door wouldnt close due to it coming off the hinges nothing some simple tools wouldn't sort. The beds are slab hard so dont expect to be enveloped in a cozy matress although a hard matress once in a while is good for you. Breakfast is not for the timid western traveler we opted for Starbucks each morning. I dont think the aircon was working so we just used the fan which worked a treat if just bit noisy! I would return to this hotel but not out of choice...when transfering from the airport just ask your driver to take you to the Intercontinental or Olympic Sailing Village as a few we asked had no idea on the location of the address.

A short 2 nights stay with exorbitant room charges without much services yet the room was awful with spiders and cockroaches which unacceptable.
Hot shower was inconsistent and do prepare cold water suddenly take place. Breakfast was really bad and apparently outside my room was the resting area for their staff. Will never ever stay there again and it is a joke and a typical China Brand hotel

I stayed here for twelve days at a very good rate of Y4800.

Good points - comfortable bed and room with free computer; incredibly helpful staff; clean room and bathroom; hot shower; balcony with fantastic view across Olympic marina; good access to lively bars on Yanerdao Road area; breakfast good; sensibly priced minibar and phonecalls; superb value for room

Room for improvement - room cleaned but not hoovered much; breakfast finishes at 0930; TV channels worked unpredictably; lift carpets grubby; hotel vaguely smells of drains

However, I will certainly stay here again. The plus points well outnumber the minuses.

Room tip: There are a few rooms on the third floor with balconies with a great view.

Rooms are well appointed and fixtures are up to the standard of any modern western hotel chain. My room was very warm. There was some variability in the room standard and the operation of the air conditioning within our group. Room prices are a mere fraction of say, the Intercontinental across the street so can't really complain. If you want to spend so more and eat over there then feel free. Free (sloow) wifi is available in the lobby and there are computers in each room connected to the internet. Service is regular and the staff are courteous. Breakfast was ok. It may just be the language barrier but the hotel put it's prices up halfway through our stay with no prior notice (found out at check-out) so be sure to clarify the rate at check-in. My location rating is based on the marina, in which case there is no closer hotel to the Olympic Sailing Centre than this.

Room tip: Learning to speak Chinese might help
