It was literally a Wow experience to stay in the fantastic room: Wow Suite, where was upgraded from Fabulous room thanks to the cordial and lovely staffs; Vicky who called me a day before arrival to check my preference and why visit, Steven who so kindly gave introductions and Ruby who beautifully showed the room and all with Greta smiles. This W hotel provides Den lounge for club benefit, where the scenery of Suzhou center and Jinji lake takes your breath away.More

I always stay in the Suzhou W when in the area. Apart from being a wonderful hotel the staff are what make it. Straight away after arriving you feel like an old friend returning. All the staff are great but a special shout out to Vicky the Loyalty Manager. From her greeting card in the room to the warm friendly attention in the lounge. Always willing to go to extreme lengths to help in any way.

W Suzhou is one of the best hotel in China. Fantastic location, fantastic view, fantastic rooms, very professional person to serve you, breakfast full of different best quality of food ,....... nothing’s of the best you search in one Hotel are missing !!!

Awesome lunch at the Chinese venue. Don’t get fooled by the name of the promotion, “Never Enough 2.0 @SuYan”. There was way more than enough food as the portions are very generous and great variety so you can try many dishes. I would highly suggest going with a bunch of friends to try more of the choices available. Great views too from one of the top floors of the hotel, to enjoy a nice relaxing leisurely lunch.
