We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are comfortable but a bit dated, noise from the road at night. The restaurant is also quite average, slow service, but some of the offerings are good. The WIFI also works well in most part of the hotel including the rooms. Not sure if there are better options in Punta Arenas.

Room tip: avoid rooms out to the main road.

I stayed when I got to Patagonia and at the end of my travels. Easy to find, clean, comfortable. Mid price hotel, perfect for a couple of days in Punta Arenas. Breakfast included and it was the usual fare.

This is what would be rated a 3+ star Hotel. Good mid-level standard with reasonable pricing, but nothing outstanding or special. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. It is about 500 metres from the centre of town and is on the Costanera (coast road) with views of the Straits of Magellan. Try to get an upper floor if you can as the road can be noisy. We noted the comments in other reviews about thefts so were careful (this is Latin America after all) and had no problems.

A pleasant hotel within a short walk from the centre of town. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds, large TV and great views of the surrounding area. Mini bar and safe in rooms but no kettle/tea making facilities. Bathroom has bath with a shower. Breakfast was a standard continental type with a reasonable selection and scrambled egg also available. A small 12.5m swimming pool was great for a morning dip and didn't seem to get busy. Didn't try the restaurant for food but there are many good restaurants within a short walk towards the square in town.

This hotel is fine. Mid price range and not fancy but has all facilities for the price. Breakfast a bit boring (unless you like scrambled egg) and evening meal ok but many good restaurants with a bit better choice nearby. Helpful staff.
Overall, a good choice with great sea views from most rooms.
