The Dreams Hotel in Punta Arenas is a very good option for anybody visiting this superb South American city. Everything you need you can find within the establishment and the atmosphere is warm and relaxed. The food in the restaurant area is superb and anything you need will be provided by the staff. As far as I’m concerned; this is the best hotel in the city and I recommend it to business travelers and holiday makers alike.

Room tip: Absolutely excellent room en el Dreams and a wonderful stay!

The only problems with the Dreams is that they seem to be resting on their laurels. The clock radios are set for an iphone that is a decade old. The chair in the living room is quite antiquated. However the bathroom is luxurious, the views are tremendous and the lobby and restaurant are very nice.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet had many choices for all tastes. Our room faced the Magellan Strait and the view was spectacular. In fact, there were times we opted for not going out but staying in our room, relaxing and staring at the ocean.

Good hotel, clean, relatively good food, could be better though. Nice views from rooms facing the Strait. Small efficient casino, good in door parking. Sumptuous bathroom, big bed and room size. Quite quite considering it has a Casino built in.

We had a huge room, a suite almost, overlooking the Strait of Magellan. The pool is beautiful and a nice breakfast was provided. Very quiet, clean room -- with TWO bathrooms! Check in and out was quick and easy. Hotel is conveniently located.

Room tip: Get an ocean view room on one of the upper floors.
