Bren runs a great B&B. Communication with him was quick and easy.
Clean room, modern bathroom with hot water and lots of pressure. So nice!
Close to central bus station and the "downtown".
But it is the extra little things that make the difference. Bren allowed us to store things at the place during our W-circuit and was readily willing to book our bus tickets and transfers. As well, he served us breakfast 15 minutes early as we had an early bus.

Room Tip: # 3: There was a delayed, repetitive drumming sound outside of our room during the night. We never did figure out what it was.

Great hosts; warm, comfortable rooms; very clean; good value; laundry services; assisting booking of travel and other services.
Easy going hosts very helpful in many ways.
Will definitely stay at Pire Mapu if I come back to Puerto Natales.

Room Tip: All rooms good.

We booked two nights, one before and one after our trip doing the 'W' in the Torres del Paine. The location for that purpose is excellent because it's a 5 minute walk to the bus terminal. The walk to town enter is approximately 15 mins.

The rooms themselves (having nr 1 and 3) were spacious, good beds and nice bathrooms. The only real thing lacking is some proper darkening curtains. But then Bren explained he is eager to improve it.
The wifi also works perfectly and everything is well instructed unlike some other places is Chile.

The remark we have on room nr 1 is that you can easily other guests in the living room, although it just were quiet guests so no real problem.

On our arrival we felt really welcome, Bren and Fabiana are great hosts. Just as we expected from other reviews.

The breakfast was one of the best in Chile while it still lacked bread with cereals: it is just white bread all the time although accompanied with scrambled eggs in stead of all the sugar-products is much better.

The free luggage storage and rapid laundry (same day!) was great.

In the end it is a perfect place to stay and well priced.

What a gem of a place! Hosts were fantastic and helpful, to the point of advising us of the best way to get to Perito Moreno and even booking and paying for our bus ticket before we got there. Our room was lovely - comfortable, clean and well decked out. We didn't get to try their breakfast because our bus left early, but they were kind enough to give us a breakfast in a bag for the bus. Highly recommended!

Pire Mapu cottage is our favorite place to stay during our Patagonia trip (we stayed at five different places!). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just five minutes walk from the bus station and ten minutes walk to downtown Puerto Natales. The host is welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. Great size room, bed is very comfortable and super clean. Bathroom is also very clean and has nice water pressure and hot water. Good wifi connection. Love the decor of the whole place. Generous breakfast - bread, scrambled eggs, juices, coffee, ham and cheese! We really enjoyed our two nights stay - one before and one after the trip to TdP. This place is a gem. I would highly recommend it!
