On a chilly day in Puerto Natales, the cazuelo de vacuno hit the spot. You'll find others ordering it, too. The restaurant is open during the afternoon when others are closed.

If you seat down in front of the main window you can enjoy your meal looking people going up and down the street.
The stuff was very helpful giving me advices about what to order. Fish is fresh and delicious. If you have never been to Chiloé Island you should definitely try the curanto here.
Highly recommended.

This little place has a nice cosy atmosphere. They serve the same dishes as everyone else in town but do them a little better. Great comfort food, try the Salmon a lo Pobre

The lady that served us was extremely friendly. We ordered a soup and lomo de pobre and were pleasantly surprised with the soup being a tasty, hearty meal (for very little) and the steak was very good too. The juices, while not freshly squeezed, were excellent (and also cheap). All on all, a great experience for two backpackers. Very recommendable.

We walked by this place walking out of our hostel (Yaganhouse). The place seemed good enough for a simple lunch.

The atmosphere was simple and rustic- matched the rest of the town.

The food surprised me. I ordered the Cazuela and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was deliciously spiced and slow cooked in the back. The bowl arrived steaming with a large hunk of beef on the bone, corn, squash, and potato. Very hearty meal that I actually got again on another occasion.

I would recommend this place for a cheap hearty Cazuela. It is open late-- I went bAck there after completing the W in Torres del Paine around 11 and they fed us. Great first meal back.
