Fantastic hotel. We stayed for 4 nights. Jacky provided the most amazing customer service I have ever received, I can not commend him or the other staff enough on their professionalism. The room and hotel were spotless and comfortable, the pool was great and the buffet breakfast was next level. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Siem Reap.

Since we got there the staff was incredibly kind, we booked it through Expedia and booked a double room for three people, and since we were three they upgraded our room to one with three beds and a balcony without any charge. The room was spacious and beautiful! John helped us book a restaurant almost every night for dinner (they were delicious).Since It was my birthday Seyon was kind enough to send staff up to my room at midnight to deliver a cake and sing us the happy birthday song!
We didn’t realize we had booked it only for two nights, so we had to hurry up and book it through Expedia in that moment, but we didn’t realize we booked another hotel....this is where WATTANA, JOHN and SEYON came to help us! They offered us to call the hotel and maybe get a refund so we could stay in the same hotel, also giving us a super discount for it being my birthday and we really wanted to keep staying there.

In conclusion I TOTALLY recommend booking this hotel for your stay in Siem Reap!!! The food was delicious with a great variety of food, the room was super clean, everyone was very kind, and we loved the ambient there was. It was close to the center and you could easily move around!

I have never in my life experienced what I have here at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa. Aside from delivering the obvious expectations for any 5 star hotel, they continuously went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, safe, and smiling ear to ear. From the kind smiles and words as we would leave for our daily adventures to the exciting welcomings we would receive as we would return - the staff continued to make us feel special and much more than just an ordinary customer. The rooms are spacious, clean, bright, and modern yet with a traditional Cambodian cultural feel (with a delicious breakfast by the way). We were celebrating a birthday and they went out of the way to give us an upgraded room, provided a cake, sang happy birthday at midnight, and gave wonderful restaurant recommendations. Wattana, Seyon, and John in particular made all of this possible. I could not be more pleased and grateful for these three beautiful people! We came for tourism and have truly enjoyed Cambodia. Our hotel experience, however, has played a BIG factor in this.

EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!! The staff is experienced, understanding, always in their best attitude and extremely helpful. We had a lot of problems when we arrived in Cambodia and they helped us through everything especially JOHN, WATTANA and SEYUN . They helped us organize our trip (where to eat, make reservations..) The room is very clean, spacious and really nice decorated. Breakfast is also really good because they have a wide variety to choose from (pancakes, eggs, noodles, fruit, bread, cereal and more..) . Every time I arrived to the hotel I felt safe, comfy and most of all -at home. I can't stress enough the hospitality and experience of the staff. All that's left to say is that it's a TOP NOTCH HOTEL!!

We have just had a beautiful three week holiday in Siem Reap, Cambodia, again staying at the Borei Angkor. Resort and Spa and again we were not disappointed. This was our fifth time staying here and for us it was like coming home to family, although we noticed that a lot of the family have moved on. But it was pleasing to see quite a few familiar faces and it wasn’t long before we became friends with a lot of the newer staff. We were greeted by Savon, Jacky and other staff when we arrived and after the traditional welcome we were shown to our room, which was beautiful and spacious, we loved it. After unpacking we made our way down to the Tropicana bar and were greeted by old friends, Leang Se, Samann and other bar staff who we were delighted to see. Special mention to Chhouey, the pool boy, every day that we spent around the pool he looked after us like royalty, he is a hard worker and takes pride in what he does, he’s definitely an asset for the Borei. Breakfast every morning we again were treated like royalty all the staff love to have a chat and the breakfast food was beautiful and plentiful. They cater for all nationalities with their food requirements, at breakfast., thanks to Vann Buntheang and others who greeted us each morning we will miss all your smiling faces.
Our only criticism was the cost of the lunch and dinner time meals, for the quality and type of meals, we felt they were rather pricey. We dined our a lot because you could get comparative meals in other restaurants for less than half the cost of yours. Please. Borei, can you please look at this as we feel you must be missing out on your patrons business. Also we found the costs of drinks have also increased significantly,
We thank you all for your friendships and the many chats that we had, it is a relaxing place to visit, so when you are visiting Siem Reap, Cambodia, we recommend that you get treated to the five star people at a five star hotel, to look after you and stay at the Borei Angkor Resort and Spa.
