We stayed at this expansive Resort for 3 nights during the final leg of our Asia trip. The location was great, since it was pretty close (no more than half an hour) to all the Temples that we wanted to visit in Siem Reap.
The huge Grounds and the Pool are immaculately maintained, and everything around the Hotel is spotlessly clean. Each and every one of the Staff members are helpful, attentive and courteous.
As in the case in all of Asia, we were greeted with huge smiles, welcome drinks, a little cake, and cool towels as soon as we walked in. We were tired from the trip from Vietnam, and were happy to be immediately and politely seated at one of their several huge tables in the lobby to fill in the forms as they completed the formalities, and then we were personally escorted to our Deluxe Room.
The Room was pretty spacious, and came with a balcony overlooking the Pool. There was ample storage for the two of us in the room, although we thought that the Bathroom had an unusual set-up. The Housekeeping staff was wonderful in tidying up our room every time we left on our tours. It was nice to always return to a fresh room, and we loved the fact that they got our laundry back to us in record time – all neatly folded and pressed.
The on-site Spa was such an added convenience. Also the Borei Café had such a vast array of food that we never felt the need to wander around outside in the heat and humidity. We had three Breakfasts and two Dinners here, and every time the meals were delicious, and the servers were polite and wonderful. We were also impressed with the Dinner and Apsara Dance Show on one of the sights that we spent here. Service during the show also was impeccable.
We had an unforgettable stay here, and have no hesitation in recommending the place to future visitors.
