We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel picked us up from the airport and we were greeted by this tiny bundle of joy named Neath - pronounced "Neat". Absolutely lovely and happy girl and the driver was just as friendly. It was a sign of things to come. All the hotel staff were like this including the manager who spent quite a bit of time with us over the days. Lovely man and lovely staff! Neath also greeted us each morning and evening on our stay with the same big smile and happiness.

The hotel has an excellent range of activities and tours you can book through them. We took a 2 day tour with private car. This cost about $120 US per person for the 2 days. On this we did two different tours of the temples. One called the grand tour which takes you through 7 temples not including Angkor and then the smaller tour of 5 temples including Angkor. The temples are incredible! This doesn't include the compulsory temple entry ticket that the government forces all tourists to buy. This is another $60 US per person for a 3 day pass that can be used anytime over 10 days. Your tour guide or driver will take you here first. You have to do it even if you don't organise a tour to see the temples. Without it, you can't into the temples.

The temples are awesome! Our tour guide was not so great. He is NOT part of the hotel but part of the tour company the hotel uses. We just got unlucky as i saw plenty of other tour guides from the same company that were excellent. Ours had just fallen of his motorbike and couldn't walk properly. He then tricked us and bypassed half the grand tour pretending he was trying to get around traffic. It actually cut out half of Angkor Thom which were some of the best temples. We found this out when we got back to the hotel. When we told the manager, he was so apologetic and gave us the private car with driver, cold water and cold towels for the entire next day to go wherever we wanted. The driver was awesome and knew so much about all the temples we missed. More detail than our guide the previous day. But the driver can't go in. Only the guides can which is why the hotel organises a guide for you. My advice which I didn't follow myself, is to take along the itinerary and check off the temples as you go. That way you can make sure the guide does the right thing.

Don't let our experience stop you getting the tour. With all the other guides, you'll have a fantastic tour with unforgettable temples.

But this is about the hotel and not the tours. Like i said, all the staff are awesome and the hotel is quite well placed for town. It's a $2 tuk tuk ride into town and if you go during the Khmer new year like we did 14-16th of April, you'll enjoy a good soaking from the locals with water canons and coloured powders. It IS a lot of fun. Especially if you have a gun yourself.

The food in the hotel is ok and the rooms are awesome. It's a great location to get to the temples too. The pool is a little smaller than most but not bad at all. Still quiet and relaxing with good poolside service after a day trekking. There is nothing bad i can say about this hotel. Stay there. You won't regret it.

Lovely clean hotel. Food was great and varied. Hotel staff extremely polite and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble. A really good find. Just a short tuk tuk ride to local markets. Rooms very comfortable. Would happily return to this hotel.

We stayed here for a couple of days after travelling from Phnom Penh. This hotel is absolutely amazing considering how cheap it is! Five Star luxury.
The spa is amazing and the people were so kind!
Our room was faultless and had everything we needed.
We hired a driver for the 2 days, taking us around the ancient ruins and he even offered to take us to the restaurants at night. He was so lovely!

We recently had an enjoyable 3 nights at this hotel and could not fault it. Beautiful pool, friendly staff, lovely bedroom overlooking the pool and everyone was so helpful. What more can we say, we'd definitely recommend it.
