Bad first impression; no one leapt enthusiastically to assist with luggage. The pathway was of bricks that were all uneven, but easily repairable. The room we were given was not what we requested but they did move us. However the bathroom shower area was just filthy, the wash basin was covered in brown goo. The floors were dirty, guest flip flops were used and dirty. When I explained to the staff it needed a good clean they just shrugged their shoulders. We were booked in for five nights we checked out immediately. No one was concerned. A pity because it was probably good in its day and could be again with some tlc.

When we got to the hotel there were apparently no rooms left. Even though we booked one. Ended up with getting a room at the hotel next door for 1 night. Next day we checked back in. It was Mosquitos in the room. Cleaning was very bad. Mosquitos could fly through door run even though it was closed. Dirty rooms. Not especially good service and didn’t even get an apology for the full booking failure.

Don’t stay at this hotel! There are plenty of other better ones.

Very nice and profesional staff, the hostel is beautiful clean and quite, the rooms are very comfortable and the swimming pool is great ! Perfect to visit Angkor but a little bit far from the city center of Siem Reap.

A warm friendly hotel. We enjoyed our four nights here! The staff were very helpful and patient. They booked tours for us and arranged a guide for Angkor Wat. There were three chioces of breakfast. A very inviting clean swimming pool at the end of the day. About a fifteen minute walk to pub street or tuk tuks always available at the gate.
