Description: Marum features a winning mix of creative local cuisine, and is named after the Moringa, or 'Tree of life' - very appropriate, as customers will be enjoying a fantastic dining experience that helps build a new life for the students in training there!

This training restaurant is a brilliant idea helping to give students skills and knowledge that they can use to help them find jobs. The teachers are with them to ensure that they do it well. Portions are a little small but it's that type of cuisine.

The best meal we’ve had so far in Cambodia!
We had lots of sharing plates and it was wonderful to try a range of different food.
Our favorites were pork and ginger skewers, duck croquettes, and pumpkin coconut curry.
The drinks menu was great too- delicious cocktails and fruit juices. The atmosphere in the garden was very relaxed and the service was excellent. This is a training restaurant and the student and teacher waiters serving us were helpful and friendly.

Arrived with no reservation and got an indoor table. All the staff wear t-shirts stating either Teacher or Student. Between them they deliver a very competent and efficient service. The food was excellent and the price was very comfortable for the western pocket. A little out of the way - but should be supported!

There are many great places to eat in Siem Reap. And we tried a bunch. This training restaurant for disadvantaged youth is the only one we might go to again. This is not a knock on any place else, but a compliment to the interesting menu and thoughtful service.
There is also a gift shop with handmade goods.

This is a training restaurant giving young people the chance to learn a trade and living. As such, they are in training, so their skills with service are emerging. It is expensive but the food is fresh and good, though portions are a bit small. The restaurant setting is lovely and the cause is good and a worthwhile experience.
