We were welcomed by a charming smile at the airport and it was the case all the stay with every one from the staff.
They know the region, and less-known place to visit. Good advises for our days with very careful drivers (on the drive, for the umbrella and place to eat)
Having rest in the hotel after a full day (had more than 35°C) was delightful. Room is large for us and our 2 kids (2 bathrooms), having water (so thirsty this week) and the swimming pool in the back of the hotel is very peaceful.
We stayed in the hotel for the dinner - tired to go out and food is just amazing - choice from Cambodian dishes and western ones. And the service is friendly. In the morning, same, a buffet with many choices (for frenchies real chocolatine et croissant) and eggs...perfect to start our long hikes!
Location of the hotel is perfect, close to the museum (a must see to start your visit) then can go to the markets, the pub street by walk (or by Tuk tuk). The lucky Market next door has also a useful supermarket (fruit, local products)

Don't really like the deco, the red paint in the room made me anxious all the time... not really relaxing for sleeping. Room size ok, breakfast ok and staff ok. All in all, it is an OK option if you don't ask for too much but a still a bit overpriced...

Dear Peggiely,

Greetings from Memoire d’ Angkor Boutique Hotel,

We do much appreciate for sharing your opinion about the room decoration. The property’s owner and the interior designer has been thought full about inside room design and hotel design, we sorry to hear that our room design did not make you enjoy staying with us and feeling relax.

If I was told about your concern that you did not like room decoration; I would have certainly helped you to walk through about hotel room’s concept.

With our love and care

Set Sokun

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. We were greeted at the airport, whisked to the hotel and served a refreshing fruit drink. Every experience with staff has been excellent. They are all so welcoming - made our stay very pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean. Good amenities (exercise room, pool and spa). It's an easy 10-15 minute walk to the night market and pub street, or there is always a tuk tuk outside that will take you for $2-$3. Staff goes out of their way to help you set up arrangements for places you'd like to see. Highly recommended.

What we loved in this hotel is that the staff is very accommodating and welcoming. We arrived very late and still had a very professional welcome and checkin. The hotel is spotless clean and beautiful. The rooms are rather well spaced and have very good beds to rest. Everyone speaks very well english and could also understand my husband who has a strong welsh accent. Especially attentive was the staff at the G.W.C. restaurant. If we ever come back to cambodia we will stay here again.

Room Tip: we had a memoire suite which are very nice
