We spent three nights at Bunwin Boutique and absolutely loved it. The staff were all very charming, helpful and enthusaistic. The breakfasts were delicious, amazingly fresh croissants and delicious fresh juices. Finally, we had a huge, very comfortable room at a ridiculously reasonable price. Definitely stay here!!

Room Tip: Great to travel around everywhere by tuk tuks, free of charge from the hotel!

I stayed in this hotel with my family (3 children) and I have to say it is one of the reasons we enjoyed Cambodia so much. The staff were beyond good, excellently attentive, discreet and always friendly. They give you a mobile phone so that you can roam around and call the hotel's tuk-tuk at your behest. They can arrange tours or if you prefer they'll leave you be to dip in the pool after a day's slogging around in the fusty heat. When we were picked up at the airport, a cold towel and water were given to us. I received some bad news during our stay, the manager, seeing that I was unhappy asked me if I'd like a complimentary massage as he was concerned about my level of stress! The breakfast was huge-even for my brood who can generally bankrupt an all-you-can-eat buffet- and included western and oriental options and fresh bread, juice and pastries. The rooms were tastefully furnished and clean and the bedding was crisp, fresh and replaced quickly. It's a small hotel that's big on charm and comfort and the ideal antidote to the wear and tear of visiting the temples. It's a little far out from the center but that ceases to be a problem with the complimentary tuk-tuk.

Stayed In bunwin for three nights, very pleasant stay. The hotel is not located downtown Siem reap, but the hotel gives you a mobile phone to call when and where you want to be picked up and go back to the hotel. The hotels tuk tuk driver comes and pick you up and back to the hotel for free. Clean and service minded staff.

What an amazing delight. Smiles, and open warmth surrounded us in our visit. The hotel was an oasis for us, with the tantalising refreshing pool at the end of a hot hot day. The rooms were always clean & the staff was always on hand to assist. A wonderful fruit basket of local fruits, is also in your room, for you to enjoy! Breakfast has 3 options, including Asian, so it provides you with variety. With much laughter, the staff continuously assisted us in trying to grasp a few phrases and words in their language & they were always interested in our days adventures. What is great, is the free tuk tuk service to & from town, and they provide you a mobile for you to phone them with, when you want a lift back. They arranged a great driver & wonderful knowledgeable English guide (an ex monk, which was fascinating to have discussions with) for us when we visited the various sites, such as Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom etc. We wish we never had to leave, but our journey had to continue....In terms of supper, the supper is average, and rather take the time to enjoy the local cuisine with its various options in town - delicious fresh flavours to tantalise the taste buds.

What an amazing place!!! A bit of tranquility just out of town. The hotel is placed out of town away from the hustle and bustle of main Siem Reap (which I saw as an advantage rather than a disadvantage!). They offer a free tuk tuk service to the town centre and provide you with a mobile phone to call them when you are ready to be collected- very efficient and effective service!!
The rooms are big and the beds extremely comfortable!!
The staff are very friendly and always welcoming and helpful!
The hotel organises guides for seeing all the temples! Highly recommended to get an insiders view to truly understand the history and appreciate all the beautiful temples- of which there are many!! We had Sim as a guide and Danny was our tuk tuk driver. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. Sim is an excellent guide who knows a lot about the history. He is very friendly and has a good sense of humour! He alo takes excellent photographs!! Thank you to them both for making it a really special experience!!
All in all I would definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely come back!!

Room Tip: I had the normal room which was only slightly smaller than the deluxe but still very very big!! Ever...
