This is a quaint tropical hideaway, with beautiful rooms and really great french food (the breakfasts were especially amazing). But above all, we were very impressed and happy with the personal service given to us by the owner, Fred. Not only did he let us stay in our rooms until our late evening flight, he also worked with us on recommendations that were off the beaten track of the usual tourist routes. The price was also quite reasonable for the quality of the place and the excellent service. We highly recommend it!

Simplement sublime!!!

Wonderfull!

I realy recommand this place!

The People are realy friendly.

The hotel, the rooms, the breakfast, the diner, the SPA and the massages and the swimingpool are perfects.

The situation of the hotel is in a quiet place, ideal to have a rest after the visites of Angkor Wat.

Enjoy!

I am an 11 year old boy but I have done a lot of travelling. I was so lucky this year to visit my father's relatives in Germany but to also go to numerous places all across Europe. This was my favourite part of the trip. I loved how friendly all the caring staff were and how wonderful the food was. Whenever we wanted to go somewhere our tuk-tuk driver Vebol(shoutout to you bro) would be there on the dot. He was an excellent driver who avoided pot holes and made us all feel really safe. It is close to all three: The Angkor temples, the city centre and the airport. They have a nice pool but do not stay in too long otherwise the chlorine might hurt you eyes. Great effort was put into lighting and atmosphere. Overall this is an amazing stay with great: food, staff, space and a pool.

My wife reserved 2 rooms for a long weekend in Siem Reap. We had friends from Canada travelling in Asia and we stayed together at the hotel. It had been recommended to us by a friend. It is a quiet spot but not far from town. A short tuk tuk ride, organised by the hotel for you will transport you there, or anywhere for the whole day. The owners (French) and staff are extremely convivial, helpful and attentive to all your needs. It is this personal touch that makes it worthwhile to stay here rather than a faceless chain. Early check-in and late check-out were not a problem. The rooms are clean, well appointed, stylish and comfortable. At breakfast you can relax with fresh bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, poached eggs, bacon, fresh fruit and juices. In the evening, we ate once at the hotel and it was of high quality and at a reasonable price. The pool is perfect, too. As well as our tuk tuk, the owners reserved a trip to the floating villages and to a traditional dance. Their recommendations were superb.
Even when we had lost a small doll of our daughter in our friends' room, the owner (Fred) looked himself and found it for us.
It was a great stay. Thank you.

Stayed in Main Villa for 3 nights with a group of 6. We really liked how spacious the villa is. The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable- at all times. The local staffs were also really friendly in helping us book transportation, spa and dinner.

However, we noted the following issues:
- Shower head for the master bedroom on second floor was broken (1st Use). This was fixed quickly however.
- Aircon in the smaller room on groud floor was not working. We are not sure of this is turned off becasue we only used the 3 other bedrooms or becasue it is broken.
- Water supply seems to be lacking. A few of us who showered later in the night after most people did not have sufficient water to finish their bath. The shower water will just become smaller until no water comes out. Water suppy will return only after a while.
- The cold water tap for the toilet sink in the smaller room on 2nd floor is not working. (tap on the right). Only the hot water tap was working. It caused some inconvenience when washing face/brushing teeth with only hot water available.
- No safety box in the smaller room on 2nd floor.
- There was no problems with breakfast except on the last day. On the last day, a "Western" staff came to greet us. We were really confused because becasue mainly, it was out of the usual faces we have been seeing for the other days and we did not know who she was since no introduction was given (she was also not in a staff uniform). Although polite, we were also confused with the way breakfast was served that day. For the previous 2 days of brekafast, all the breakfast item - juices, coffee, bread, egg etc will be placed out on the dining table. Fuss free. However on this day, the service was more personal but rather inefficient. The staff asked for the drinks we wanted (at this stage we were confused who she is and we ordered coffee for convenience sake). When coffee was served, the cups were not layed out, nor was milk provided - unlike previous days. The bread basket was not provided at this point so we had to just sit and wait for our drink. Next she came to ask us for the types of eggs we wanted, then bacon or sausage.... At this point we became rather impatient becasue we have booked (with the hotel) to go to the town area in less than half an hours time. Also the scramble eggs prepared was not at all scamble eggs. It looked like popcorn (Bits of yellow/white eggs). Iit could be due to the fact that the preparer did not beat the eggs before scambling it in the pan- but instead try to scamble the whole egg in the pan.

Last but not least, we appreciate the local scarft as a gift from the hotel.
