This hotel is hidden away in a side street but was surprisingly quiet. The reception staff are friendly it it took long to get checked in. The pools and rooms are clean but getting towels for the pool required asking a few attendant staff several times to get towels stocked. Breakfast was good, especially the pancakes, however there was always a line up for that and only one lady was cooking despite the demand. Maybe they should get en extra grill going during the peak time when the tour groups are rushing to get to their 8am pickup on time.
I remember one lady being very upset when she was given a bill for her cappuccino as she didn’t realize specialty coffees are extra cost at breakfast. The wait staff didn’t tell her but there were signs on the tables.

Hotel near the downtown area and the night market. With good restaurants around it.
Who travels to Siem Reap spends most of the time outside the hotel !! It has a very good breakfast and two pools for recreation

The hotel was a nice place to relax by the pool after a hot day at the temples. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and rooms were comfortable. It was within walking distance of several delicious restaurants and helped us book and travel to many attractions and tours.

In a quiet little street an oasis of a garden. Very nice spacious room and bathroom with balcony. Two pools incl free bath towels. Breakfast good In nice half open restaurant. Staff very helpful. Walking distance to pub street and restaurants but close to the hotel you find very good local restaurants too. Supermarket on 300m. To the airport about 20 minutes: 5 usd by tuk tuk, 10 by taxi (arranged by hotel). I can recommend this hotel!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are so friendly and lovely. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The pools are fantastic.
The room was really nice and exceptionally clean and the bathroom was amazing.
It is in a great location.
I wish we had stayed longer. If we ever visit Siem Reap again, this is where we would stay.
