Delicious coffee. Fast and friendly service. Have not tried any of their food, but it looks good. Nice atmosphere, highly recommended.

I love their coffee so I was super happy to randomly come across their cafe! Don’t know how I missed it but I’ll definitely be back. Great environment and music but above all great coffee!
Met up here with a friend for morning coffee. We sat outside at a picnic table in the shade on a beautiful day. The view is of the street but it's pretty quiet and there is no traffic noise or fumes. There is also inside seating which looked a little crowded with tables rather close together. Loved the music - a blast from the past, in a good way! My coffee, served in a mug, was excellent - smooth, no bitterness but not weak, either. I would judge it as one of the better coffees in Ann Arbor. Service was friendly and quick. We didn't sample any of the food items this time, but I plan to return.
This is the ULTIMATE HIPPIES’ COFFEE SHOP!!!!! Great coffee, affordable and laid back! Music is a reminder of my college days in the 70’s!!! My student works there and is earning her way to art school so GET COFFEE HERE AND TIP CHLOE!!!
RoosRoast is a fun local coffee spot in Ann Arbor that is perfect for studying, catching up with friends, or people watching no matter the season. The staff is also very welcoming and knowledgeable, despite how busy this spot can be.
I visited recently no a beautiful Sunday afternoon when I needed a little pick me up. I'm eschewing coffee for the time being, but there were plenty of options, and I decided to go with the ginger lemon tea. After placing my order at the counter it was just a quick bit before my drink was ready, and I had gotten a primo spot at the front bar to sit and enjoy my beverage.
Piping hot with equal flavors of ginger and lemon, the tea hit the spot. I sat and sipped from a beautiful blue stoneware mug while catching up with a friend and watching the world go by on the sunny afternoon.
For your own escape from the ordinary, catch up with a friend, or just coffee break, check out RoosRoast to hit the spot!
