Waiter came to us to take the order as soon as we sat... without giving us the menu... when we ask for the menu for 4 people one menu... then we had to request for the second menu so that we can share and order.
most of the starters what we wanted was not available sad... Kur kura chicken was good.
Food quality and quantity is ok... we had to ask for tea and coffee many times. we have requested them to give us tea and coffee first but we got it last after many reminders...
the most irritating part is waiting for the bill. 30 min to receive the bill. don't think im joking.. it was true. this is happened this afternoon. worst customer service which i have ever experienced in the hospitality field. when ever we ask the bill the waiter goes inside the kitchen rather than informing us the actual issues.
Sad part is that either restaurant manager or partner/owner who was busy there didn't even bother to come and sort out the issue or visited us on the table after knowing that we have been waiting there for the bill for such long time...
i would request the management to look into this aspects and improve your service.
