I visited this hotel in the month of February with my family folks. It was 5 of us and we had booked 3 rooms (2+2+1)

Pros
1) The location of this Hotel is really good. You have Meena Bazar 1km away and Al Ghubaiba Metro Station about 1.5 kms away.
Good eateries nearby and a supermarket down the street.

2) The rooms aren't the best but they were neat and tidy and were well managed. You might have trouble charging your phones with a 2 pin charger since the charging ports are lose. (This issue was with all 3 rooms)

3) The wifi in the lobby is really really fast. I was surprised myself!

4) The room cleaning staff are courteous and helpful and so is the reception staff except the manager.

Cons (Lots)

1) The South Indian/Srilankan Manager at the reception is horrible. Not professional at all and was always confused as to what he was supposed to be doing. It might really seem like a bad start if you speak to him while you checkin.

2) The Hotel gives two 500ml water only when you checkin. No water is provided after the first day of checking in. However, there is a water filter in the basement where you can fill water in the empty bottles.

3) Wifi services in the room aren't free. (This was really weird)

4) The breakfast spread is very average. You might be okay eating it the first day but it really gets on your nerves to see the same food being served again everyday. Very little would change on the menu.

5) The 2 dance bars at the Hotel attracts bad crowd (drunk and loud) late at night. It might not be very pleasant sitting in the lobby to see this.

6) You wont be provided with all the toiletries until you ask them for it. I had to ask for a dental kit, Shaving kit, in room slippers and a comb.

7) Since we had gone in Feb, it was really cold. It went down to 10 degrees (very rare) and the water wasn't hot enough. It was warm at best. This shouldn't concern you if you go in any other season.

Stayed at this hotel as it was included in the dubai holliday package what we booked via makemytrip. The room was spacious and clean. Washroom was fine with hot water supply 24 hrs. The hotel will b filled with mostly Indian tourists and the complimentary breakfast.. Lunch..dinner include mostly Indian food only. The hotel is located quite close to the gold souk(take the ferry ride for 1 dirham one way).no complimentary water provided by hotel. No free WiFi. Can stay in this hotel only if it's part of a package and you are on a budget.

I would especially like to highlight the co-operation from Mr Nimit Joshi. He has been hugely helpful with all the troubles we faced during our Dubai trip. I would like to thank him for everything. One suggestion for the hotel would be WiFi facility in the room as well. Apart from this the experience was pretty good.

Its a good hotel .All the staffs are really good at their services.Good Indian food quality.
I must recommend families to go for this hotel.Just do not go for wifi facilities ,as on top floors its not reachable and wifi cost is too high approx 30 AED.

Room Tip: Higher floors rooms are good and do not go for wifi facilities.
